This is a story about a high school boy who goes on adventures in a dungeon. Kaito Takagi is usually only strong enough to defeat minor monsters like slimes, and his peers do not think highly of him. However, one day he discovers an extremely rare Servant Card in the dungeon, which dramatically changes his fate.
Kaito has a special childhood friend named Haruka Katsuragi. Her father is the captain of a special dungeon exploration unit, and Kaito admires him, dreaming of becoming a hero himself one day. The newly obtained Servant Card may be the key to making that dream come true.
