As one of the Four Heavenly Kings of SSC, he wears a helmet and a pilot suit, keeping his true face shrouded in mystery. He pilots a giant robot named Peroche and heads into battlefields. He despises otaku who live on a whim, aiming to exterminate them completely.

He was once a car otaku with a strong attachment to cars, so even when assaulting the Revolutionary Army, he refrained from damaging cars or their models. In the course of battle, he was ultimately defeated by the combined magic of the Magical Destroyers, and his heart was shaken after being persuaded by the Otaku Hero. However, in the end, he was deemed unnecessary by Slayer and had his life taken.
