Corset

The true mastermind behind Daten City and the final boss, Corset reigns as mayor, skillfully manipulating Daten City by switching between his public and private personas. Although he is presented as the father of the Demon Sisters, in reality they address him as "Mayor" or "Corset." He shares a close relationship with Garterbelt, and together they plot behind the scenes.

Corset possesses a self-centered and arrogant personality, looking down on both Ghosts and the Demon Sisters as incompetent. When they fail their missions, he mercilessly punishes them by dropping them into a Japanese-style toilet. He habitually scratches his side or pulls his own corset tightly to indulge in pleasure, and has a unique fetish for the bondage of stockings. His presence casts a dark shadow over the entire story, serving as the driving force that challenges the player throughout the narrative.
