The head of the Roussin & Mystery Detective Agency. He always has a nonchalant smile on his face and has a casual and relaxed personality. Bell often scolds him for his lack of talent in housekeeping and investment, but even Bell has to admit that he has excellent observation and intuition, making him a top detective. In fact, his seemingly frivolous attitude is just a disguise to make other people relax their vigilance. The real him is cold-blooded and ruthless. He has a special fondness for the series of books called Chicken Detectives. It's the only emotion that comes from his heart, without any embellishment.
