Grapefruit Cookie is a short Cookie with slightly light-tan dough, coral eyes, and a red smirk. She has short, bouncy coral hair and an orange grapefruit-like hat with green sails across it. For her clothes, she wears a green scarf across her neck that droops down to her legs. She wears a sleeveless coral jumpsuit with an orange stripe at each side. The jumpsuit has an orange grapefruit symbol on it. She wears white roller skates with coral laces with the rollers resembling grapefruit slices. She has on elbow pads with a coral strap, the shells having an orange finish.

Grapefruit Cookie (Korean: 자몽맛 쿠키, jamongmat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, Juice Tumbler, and the Magic Laboratory during the Secrets of the Lost City update.

She is the second of the Citrus Squad to be released in Cookie Run: OvenBreak, following Orange Cookie.
