Choco Drizzle Cookie is a slender-built Cookie of average-height, her dough being light beige in color. She often wears a stoic expression on her face; showing her serious demeanor while donning brown eyes and white eyelashes. She has exceedingly long black hair styled into braided twintails with her voluminous frontal hair bangs dyed in some streaks of white, adorned with one black strand falling causally on her face—although not quite reaching her eyes.

Her attire seemingly consists of black gloves, a stylish, sleeveless turtleneck black dress with double side slits, clad with two brown belts at her hips. Her cat-eye glasses are a shade of solid neon pink while her footwear consisting of black boots with a dull yellow strip at the middle. Her weapon is a large knife reminiscent of a butter knife, with a red teardrop-shaped ornament hanging from the pommel by a black string. A spiral pattern is engraved along the blade of the knife.
