Mil-tan has the heart of a cute girl, even though he is a strong man.

He dreams of being a magical girl and is really gentle and sensitive.

Sometimes, he can get caught up in his feelings and believes things that are not true.

Mil-tan is a loyal customer and friend to Issei Hyoudou.

He also knows Matsuda and Motohama, who once asked Issei to introduce them to cute girls, and Issei introduced Mil-tan to them as a joke.

When Matsuda and Motohama are jealous of the girls around Issei and ask him to introduce them, Issei brings Mil-tan.

They end up talking about magical girl anime with Mil-tan and other fans, filling the room with excitement and passion.

The Magic Girl Movie Audition Incident

Mil-tan joins an audition for the live-action movie "Magical Girl Milky," along with Serafall Leviathan and others.

During the audition, the group is attacked by members of the Hero Faction, but Mil-tan is not affected by sleeping magic that targets ordinary people.

Instead, he bravely fights back with a toy stick and shows his overwhelming strength, surprising the attackers.

After the battle, he vanishes without anyone noticing.

Encounters with Vali Lucifer and Bikou

In volume 6, Mil-tan meets Vali Lucifer and Bikou when he is visiting Issei.

Vali wonders if Mil-tan is using some kind of special technique because they did not notice him approach.

This shows how mysterious and capable Mil-tan really is.

Mil-tan Becomes a Magician

Thanks to his friendship with Issei, Mil-tan later becomes a member of a magician group called "The Gray Magicians."

He fulfills his dream of learning magic, especially flying spells, but Issei still thinks Mil-tan's power is more "physical" than magical.

Mil-tan is very kind but can also be very nervous and makes mistakes when worried.

He once thought Issei caught a cold because of him and went to visit Issei in a nurse outfit.

Both Xenovia Quarta and Irina Shidou agreed that Mil-tan gave off the feeling of a true battle nurse because of his powerful presence.

Gasper Vladi, another cross-dressing boy, is frightened of Mil-tan and repeats that he does not want to die.

Mil-tan’s first request to Issei was to become a magician, and when Issei suggested he should try going to another world, Mil-tan instantly replied that he already tried that and it did not work out.

He is one of the most mysterious and interesting characters in High School DxD, and his role in the main story may become even more important if the plot involves other worlds and magic.
