Konoha Koga is Satoko Kusagakure's senior kunoichi. She became a rogue ninja after growing tired of life in the village and incited her comrades to stage a mass escape. As a result, Satoko Kusagakure was unwillingly caught up in the incident and became a rogue ninja herself. Konoha Koga possesses a ninjutsu technique that allows her to erase memories.

Among the ninjas, Konoha Koga is considered a reasonable and sensible person and shows concern for Satoko Kusagakure, whom she involved in her escape out of the village. On the other hand, she is also quite self-centered and hedonistic, developing increasingly degenerate traits as the story progresses, such as becoming addicted to pachislot gambling. Konoha Koga also seems to have had some kind of past relationship with Ayaka and shows a strong preference for women with large breasts.
