Kao Akebi is a character from "Akebi’s Sailor Uniform." She is the younger sister of Komichi Akebi and is in the third grade of elementary school. Kao closely resembles her sister Komichi in appearance, having a cute and small figure. Her birthday is February 16. Kao is cheerful and reliable by nature. Although she does not possess the athleticism or decisiveness that her older sister has, Kao is straightforward in expressing her thoughts and has a strong-willed side. When Komichi was feeling down after realizing she was the only one in a sailor uniform at the entrance ceremony, Kao encouraged her sternly.
