An elderly man, believed to be the owner of the shoe store located across from Mitsue Takeda's Fortune Telling Hall, makes an appearance. When Yuria Niguredō visits the fortune-telling hall, he is the one who informs her that Mitsue Takeda has retired. He always keeps an eye on Mitsue Takeda, and even after her passing, he reappears to warn that Rom is plotting something using Miko Yotsuya.
