He seems to consider the government-run Advanced Nurturing High School as enemy territory to some extent, indicating he is not a government official. Kiyotaka and he do not recognize each other as parent and child, and they interact with each other in a detached manner. He has a personality that combines arrogance, to the point of being convinced of his own absolutism, and ruthlessness, as he destroys adversaries without hesitation. According to Narumori, "he is not a genius or an elite, including Kiyotaka's parents and grandparents, but he has overpowered his enemies with his mental strength." He is carrying out a certain plan or ambition, operating the White Room, and providing education in various fields such as academics and martial arts to many individuals who will carry on his will. Among them, he takes pride in his son Kiyotaka as "his greatest masterpiece," referring to him as "someone who should eventually surpass me and lead Japan." In the anime, he was referred to as Ayanokouji's father.
