The Second Princess of the Tou family, a daughter from a concubine, she is unusual within the Tou clan for her brown curly hair and matching eyes. Attractive and known as the “Spring Palace” during her court appearances. She replaces her half-sister Futaba in going to court, but lacks the education befitting a great noble, as well as common worldly knowledge, making her the laughing stock of the inner palace. Her mother was Ukigumo, who once represented the Tou family at the palace and is a master of the Nagin, an instrument reputed to be difficult to play, even among the musically inclined Tou family. She met Wakamiya at a young age and has harbored feelings for him ever since.
