A young man who once lived in Ulthar. Desperate to save his sickly wife, Mina, he was manipulated by Cartaphilus into killing many cats to create a spirit medicine. When Mina died after drinking the medicine, he went mad and attempted to hunt more cats, but was killed by Tim and his group. Later, his soul absorbed the grudge of the cats and became "the Stagnation of Ulthar."
