The protagonist of this work, a reserved senior at Kazehaya High School, in the second year and a member of the art club. Naturally curly-haired and wears glasses, taller but slim-built. Not good at sports. His full name was found in the game’s credits by the creator, and his last name was revealed through works on pixiv as well. In the manga, he was first called "Hachiouji-senpai" by a junior who wished to join the art club in Chapter 82. Nagatoro-san calls him "Senpai," Gamo-chan calls him "Paisen," Yosshii calls him "(Manga's) Sensei," Sakura and Nagatoroyuma's sister call him "Senpai-kun,” and his classmates call him "Naokun." He seems to have developed a fondness for Nagatoros-san, based on trust. In Chapter 73 of the original work, he switches from glasses to contact lenses.
