Emperor of the Neo Britannia Empire, the 100th in line. Despite his young age, he has been performing his duties as emperor and has previously had his life targeted by Japanese individuals. In episode 3, he suddenly collapses and dies, coughing up blood, and a funeral is held amidst suspicions of assassination.
