A dragon from another world (male) who transforms into a slender young man with a long face in his human form. He belongs to the "Harmony Faction," but is part of a group called the "Dragon Slayers," which has more extreme views compared to Elma. He has made it his personal mission to kill dragons from opposing factions and will twist the non-interference rules to suit his ego. He relentlessly pursued a weakened Ilulu to torment and kill her, but when he injured Ms. Kobayashi, who was protecting Ilulu, and uttered a forbidden phrase related to Tohru, he incurred Tohru's wrath. As a result, he had all his bones broken, one of his horns (a crucial part for dragons) torn off from the base, and was sent back to the other world with his memory erased. His strength is such that he wouldn't normally be a match for Ilulu if she weren't weakened. Later, he visits Ms. Kobayashi and the others as Tern's servant, but due to his erased memory, he doesn't remember Tohru and the others, and gets beaten up by Ilulu for their initial encounter.
