A 26-year-old man who becomes Inori's coach. Born on September 4th, his blood type is B. He enjoys reading and entering prize contests, but dislikes worms, snakes, and caterpillars. He was a skilled ice dancer who competed in the All Japan Championships, but after retiring at 24, he struggled to find a job after repeatedly failing ice show auditions. When his former partner, Hitomi Takamine, invited him to become an assistant coach at "Lux Higashiyama FSC," he discovered Inori's talent when she visited the rink with her mother and became her coach. As a middle schooler, he was inspired by witnessing an Olympic gold medalist's performance, which led him to pursue a career in skating, feeling he could no longer ignore the world of skating. However, starting figure skating in Japan, where the competition is fierce, is considered optimal from around age five, making it difficult for Tsukasa to find a place to belong. At 20, he became a skater under the condition of giving up singles when Hitomi's coach, who was looking for an ice dance partner, approached him. Driven by a determination to make up for lost time, he worked exceptionally hard, eventually matching Hitomi's advanced skills and career, allowing him to compete in the All Japan Championships. However, the results were disappointing. Tsukasa believes that his ability to compete in the All Japan Championships was thanks to Hitomi's talent and career, leading to a complex where he doesn't fully acknowledge his own abilities. Despite starting figure skating late and struggling to find a club, his badge test rank is low at the beginner level, but he possesses skating skills so remarkable that Riō Sonidori, the son of Shinichirō Sonidori, described him as "just like Jun Yodaka in everything but jumps."
