In the high school arc, she is working while raising her daughter Maria, who was born with her 31st boyfriend, Pedro. It seems she has become a single mother, as she continues to live with Shouya and the others. Unlike her mother, she has few appearances, and her face is not depicted in the story. By the time Shouya becomes an adult, she is living with Pedro again and is pregnant with their second child.
