A classmate of Yukiteru since middle school at Sakurami Middle School. A member of the track and field club. He has a mischievous personality. He often looks down on Yukiteru, makes sarcastic remarks, and uses him as a gofer, constantly harassing him. Notably, he was the first to betray Yukiteru during Minene's terrorist attack. He survived Minene's attack and reunited with Yukiteru at Ume Sato City Middle School. Although his family is wealthy, he claims it's just old money. He cooperated with Akise, who was protecting the 8th, and was shot dead by Yukiteru. He received his ability from Kamado and became a sub-owner, but his diary was destroyed once due to the risk of information leakage (later, he became a sub-owner again using a new cell phone). His diary as a sub-owner was the "Kousaka KING Diary," which recorded his shining moments. Although the entries were childishly self-aggrandizing to the point of being called "sick," the information was accurate and saved Yukiteru in a pinch. Yuno pointed out the flaw that his diary only predicted things about himself and not his surroundings. When he became a sub-owner again, his diary was the "NEO Kousaka KING Diary," which recorded the shining moments of himself and those around him.
