Okita Souji, the captain of the first unit of the Shinsengumi, who thrived during the final years of the Edo period in Japan and was known as "the strongest slasher in human history." He is the same character as Okita in the original work "Chiruran: Shinsengumi Requiem" (written and planned by Shinya Umemura, illustrated by Eiji Hashimoto). During Ragnarok, he watches the matches alongside Isami Kondo (voiced by Wataru Takagi), representing humanity. Surprised to see many strong individuals he was unaware of, he eagerly awaits his turn to participate. When a tense situation arises between Loki and the Seven Lucky Gods against Buddha, sensing the power of many gods, he heads to the scene with Kondo, ready to intervene alongside Sasaki and joining Buddha's side. Later, he refers to the raven perched on Odin's shoulder as a "talking bird." While waiting for his turn, he recalls his inability to fight properly due to illness during his lifetime, inspired by Leonidas's fighting spirit, and unable to hold back, he goes to Brunhilde to volunteer himself, securing his participation in the tenth match. Okita and Kondo's voice actors are the same as in the 2017 anime "Chiruran: Nibun no Ichi," continuing their roles in this work as the same characters.
