Principal of U.A. High School. Not a human, but an animal with a Quirk. Looks like a mouse, and even he wonders if he's a mouse, a dog, or a bear. A smoker who is talkative and has a frank personality. Known for his long talks, even All Might has commented that "once he starts talking, he goes on for a long time." Has a scar around his right eye, which, according to Recovery Girl, is from "various things done to him by humans in the past." Invited All Might to join the faculty knowing about All Might's injury and the circumstances of "One For All." Loves squeezing into tight spaces and often ends up inside Aizawa's binding cloth. "Quirk": High Spec "Ability for an animal to have a brain superior to that of humans." A unique existence not seen anywhere else in the world. In the story, during the final exams, he skillfully manipulates heavy machinery, calculating "which part of the building to destroy to elicit which reaction," and pushes Ashido and Kaminari to fail.
