Appears in episodes 10 to 12 of the first season. The butler and puppeteer of the Mandalay Manor. He carries a hand-cranked organ. He manipulates his puppets with a parody of "London Bridge Is Falling Down" and puppet strings. "I have thought about it" is his catchphrase. In reality, Drocell Cainz had already passed away five years ago, and someone had given him a false life as a puppet. His functions cease when Sebastian splits his head with a Corsican blade.
