Overhaul
解修師 オーバーホール / 治崎 廻(ちさき かい)
(Gender:Male )
The young head of the Eight Precepts of Death, a man who wears a plague mask. He has a tendency towards mysophobia, developing hives when touched. In the world of the story, he is a "big shot" in the endangered "yakuza" world, also marked by "All For One." He despises "Quirks" and heroes, and openly criticizes heroes as suffering from a hero syndrome, meddling too much in others' affairs. Using Eri's body, he coldly manufactures drugs, and does not hesitate to kill or sacrifice his comrades as pawns. He revered the boss who raised him, but a rift formed between them due to the boss's disdain for inhumane acts and Overhaul's willingness to use any means to preserve the gang for his benefactor, ironically leading him down a path his boss would not have wanted. "Quirk": Overhaul Can disassemble and repair targets. Sir Nighteye once perceived this "Quirk" as "destroy" and "repair," and with it, the Eight Precepts of Death produce and illicitly sell bullets that destroy "Quirks." He can reshape the ground and exterior walls to use as powerful and extensive offensive means, or create invisible paths. If used on a person, leaving them "disassembled" naturally results in death, but if critical parts like the head are disassembled, they can be revived immediately using "repair." He can continue to fight in perfect condition by "disassembling" his own external injuries or fatigue and "repairing" them to his pre-injury state. Additionally, by disassembling others and mixing them with himself for repair, he can power up in a state enhanced with the disassembled person's "Quirk."
