Kagenui Yozuru

影缝余弦 影縫 余弦（かげぬい よづる）

A female onmyoji who speaks in Kyoto dialect and appears in "Tsukihi Phoenix," "Yotsugi Doll," and "Koyomi Nothing." She is a main character in these stories. She appears to be in her late twenties and has a short haircut. She specializes in immortal apparitions, known as "Kaii Tengarashi" (Apparition Tumbler), because she believes "there's no such thing as going too far." If she can kill an immortal apparition, that's good enough for her, and she's not interested in rewards. She can't read the atmosphere or people's emotions, but she generally means no harm. She is naturally easygoing, for better or worse. She is cursed to not walk on the ground, and during her first encounter with Koyomi, she was on top of a post. She prefers martial arts over complicated spells and calls herself "Japan's first combat-style onmyoji." She is so powerful that she nearly killed Koyomi, who couldn't do anything even at his limit (according to him, she could dismantle a building with her bare hands). She is referred to as the "Violent Onmyoji" by Koyomi and others. She was college classmates with Meme and Dorodabo, and they were in the same club (Occult Research Club). Due to her natural personality, she didn't get along with Izuko, who harshly criticized her in "Tsubasa Tiger," "Shinobu Time," and "Shinobu Mail." She has intensely disliked Sine ever since they clashed over the Cosine matter. She goes missing in "Koyomi Nothing," and according to Izuko, she was "erased." It is revealed in "Ougi Dark" that she was actually sent to the Arctic by Ougi and trapped there by a barrier set by Ougi, making it impossible for her to return to Koyomi's town. During her time there, she was training by fighting polar bears.
