A male Devil Hunter who was part of Special Division 4. He is characterized by his facial scars and glasses, and he has a fondness for sweets. During the assault on the Special Division, the female member (voiced by Satsuki Kuni) who was with him was killed, but he survived. Afterwards, he resigned from Public Safety and became a private Devil Hunter.
