天盖壁慈 天蓋 壁慈（てんがい へきじ）

One of the Eight Bullets. A man dressed in a kimono. Among the Eight Bullets, he is the newest face, originally serving Buddha. He acts as a brake to restrain the often out-of-control Rappa, although he receives rough treatment from him. He has sworn loyalty to Overhaul. "Quirk": Barrier He can create a hemispherical barrier around himself. The size and strength of the barrier can be adjusted to some extent by his will.
