Originally named "Quinella," she was born from the first political marriage between nobles in the Human Empire, possessing the greatest selfishness and beauty in the UW. Once, during her sacred arts training, she discovered that killing living beings increased her authority level. From then on, she secretly hunted animals to continuously raise her authority level. By analyzing the sacred arts' incantations, she mastered sacred arts such as life recovery and weather prediction, leading to her being worshipped as a saint. As a result, she established institutions like the Axiom Church, the nobility, and the Taboo Index, solidifying her absolute power. Although she was supposed to be unable to resist the system-imposed lifespan known as "life span," through sheer willpower, she made contact with the real world and absorbed Yanai, who happened to be there. This led her to the system command "View All Command List," which displayed all sacred arts incantations within the UW, something she was not supposed to know. Using this, she rejuvenated herself and halted aging, becoming immortal. She also attempted to usurp all the Cardinal System's authority but failed, so she imprinted the Cardinal System's basic command "maintain order" onto her own Fluctlight. From then on, she called herself Administrator, leading the Human Empire into a long period of stagnation lasting several hundred years. About 150 years after her birth, she attempted to copy her soul due to the limited capacity of the light cube storing her Fluctlight, but failed, creating Cardinal instead. To counter Cardinal, she created Integrity Knights and used system commands to nullify metal weapon attacks on her body. She then entered a long sleep at the top floor of the Central Cathedral to avoid accumulating more memories. When Chudelkin brought Eugeo to her, she turned him into an Integrity Knight. When Kirito and his companions reached the top floor, she engaged them in battle. Initially, she gained the upper hand using a sword golem, her personal sacred tool "Silvery Eternity," and the knowledge of all sword skills recorded in "The Seed." She defeated Eugeo and Cardinal but was fatally wounded by Kirito's sword strikes using the Night Sky Sword and Blue Rose Sword, which were not made of metal. In the end, she tried to escape to the real world by relying on Yanai, but her life span was completely drained by the flame-transformed Chudelkin, leading to her complete annihilation. Though she remained an adversary until the end, Kirito seemed to have some thoughts about her way of life and existence, as she appeared as an image during his final battle with Gabriel.
