忧忧 憂憂（ういうい）

Mei Mei's younger brother. His love for his sister is overwhelmingly strong, and his use of cursed techniques, including his own, is heavily influenced by his desire to be "owned by his sister," to the extent that he cannot use them without her permission. He is a practitioner of the Shin-Kage Style "Simple Domain" and takes over domain countermeasures on behalf of his sister during combat. He possesses a technique that allows him to teleport, capable of moving from Shibuya to Kuala Lumpur, covering a wide range. During the Shibuya Incident, he participated alongside Mei Mei, supporting her in combat.
