Navy Photography Division Chief → World Economic Journal Photographer. Nicknamed "Fire Attach-chan." A photographer who takes pictures for the wanted posters issued by the Navy. He sneaks into any location and shouts "Fire!!" as he snaps photos. He was first introduced in the SBS, but later appeared in the main story. During the Enies Lobby incident, he took photos of Luffy and the others, but failed to take a proper photo of Sanji because he forgot to remove the lens cap. After repeating similar mistakes 57 times, he was fired but was picked up by Morgans and is now working for the World Economic Journal in the New World saga. After the World Conference, a Cipher Pol agent disguised as Attach tried to coerce Morgans into suppressing information, but was defeated.
