Megumi's older stepsister. When Megumi was in the second grade of elementary school, his father, Touji, and Tsumiki's mother started dating but then disappeared, and since then, Megumi and she have been living together. She holds the belief that "Instead of cursing someone, I'd rather think about my loved ones." She is caring towards her brother and used to scold Megumi, who often faced violence during his middle school days. Shortly after Megumi entered the third year of middle school, she was cursed by something and has been bedridden ever since. It was revealed that she had been cursed when she went to Yaso Bridge for a test of courage during her first year of high school, and although Itadori and others tried to resolve it, she did not recover as the curses overlapped. In fact, she was chosen as a swimmer in the Culling Game by Kechizu, and being marked by Kechizu's cursed energy was the cause of her bedridden state. After the Shibuya Incident, she woke up but it was revealed that she had become the vessel for a past sorcerer.
