Koufuu Hino

日野光风 日野 光風（ひの こうふう）

A representative at the Occupational Council Meeting and a powerful curse user on par with Kaburagi. His personality is somewhat eccentric. He died after being struck by a musket bullet during a surprise attack by the Monster Rats. With his dying breath, he questioned why the body of a human, who is a child of God (possessor of curse power), is so fragile.
