One of the five worst beings in Nazarick, holding the position of Worst. Assigned to the "Room of Truth (Pain is not to tell)" located underground in the Frozen Prison on the Fifth Floor. Serves as both the sector manager and a special intelligence officer. Has an appearance resembling a bloated drowned body with a head like a six-tentacled octopus and four fingers adorned with nail art, barely covered by leather straps. Known for ending sentences with "-n" (such as "perhaps-n," "you see-n," etc.). Speaks in a coarse voice that makes it hard to discern gender, but personally identifies as a "big sister." Has a fondness for Ainz as a member of the opposite sex and views Shalltear and Albedo as rivals. Gender-neutral without a specific gender. The creator is said to have suffered from kidney stones, which inspired the tortures inflicted.
