One of the main characters of this series. He is the second son of the noble family of Suhyo Village in the northern territories, and the only son of Fuyuki, the second princess of the Kitake family head. Therefore, within the Kitake main family, he holds the fourth position after the next family head and his legitimate son. To avoid a succession dispute, he acts as if he is underestimated by those around him, but he shows his hidden strength and cunning intelligence for the sake of his family and hometown. Although he wished to live serving his hometown of Suhyo Village, he swore loyalty to Nagatsukihiko to protect the peace of the mountains and grows to become his trusted blade.
