A boy who is the true identity of "Hanako-san of the Toilet," the seventh wonder located in the third stall of the girls' bathroom on the third floor of the old school building at Kamome Academy. He hires Nene Yashiro as his assistant in exchange for suppressing her mermaid's curse, and makes her work hard every day. His staff fee is called the white cane fee. He has black hair and golden eyes, and wears an old-fashioned black school uniform with a student cap. A talisman with the character "Seal" is pasted on his left cheek. His rumor states that "he can grant a person's wish in exchange for something precious to them from this world." He is the leader of the school's Seven Mysteries and his job is to maintain the correct relationship between humans and apparitions. His weapon is a kitchen knife, and he exhibits tremendous strength when fighting apparitions. His personality is bright, innocent, and sociable, but he is elusive and hard to grasp. He enjoys teasing people and sometimes shows a sadistic expression. According to Nene, "He says provocative things, harasses sexually, and is insensitive. His attitude can suddenly change for unexpected reasons." His favorite food is homemade donuts. He is currently investigating the cause of the recent disturbances in the rumors about apparitions. It was said by Tsuchigomori that he was the only human who changed the future during his lifetime. His name before death was Yugi Tsukasa (details are described below).
