Appeared in episodes 7 and 8 of the first season, commonly known as "Lord Henry." The ruler of Houndsworth village. Initially, he referred to Ciel as a Chihuahua. He refused to sell the village, claiming it was cursed, but after Ciel and Sebastian exposed his trick, he was pursued by the villagers, imprisoned, and later bitten to death by Pluto.
