金平英明 金平 英明（カネヒラ ヒデアキ）

A man who runs the "Kanehira Insurance Union." He is ranked 3rd in Japan. He cleared a past event and received the implementation of an insurance business contract system from the GM as a reward. At first glance, he appears to be an ordinary salaryman, but he possesses extraordinary talent in swordsmanship, holding a 5th dan in kendo. After the Sunset Ravens destroyed the Eighth and took control of Shibuya, banning private battles in subsequent D-Games, his clientele drastically decreased. He teamed up with Themis, who was also suffering losses, to plan Kaname's assassination in the event "Hunting Game," but was defeated by a combination of Ōji's reconnaissance and Kaname's sniping. While fleeing with injuries, he encounters "Doume." He manages to let Yamauchi escape and defeats one of them, but is caught off guard and killed by another that appeared from behind. His ability is a psychokinetic materialization power called "Marici (Halation Ghost)," which allows him to create and control multiple copies of himself with physical form at any location within a radius of about 2 km. By erasing the copies, he disguised it as a teleportation ability or an optical illusion ability. He also used a trick to bring a large amount of supplies into the D-Game as "hand luggage" with multiple copies.
