After growing a little from her clash with the enigmatic boy Stigma and his group, Amalariluk, Teru Momijiyama returns to Japan. There, she meets Ai Tennouji—a runaway from the ninja village—who reveals that she left home in pursuit of one of the Amalariluk members. Meanwhile, an incident unfolds in which Tokyo is suddenly engulfed by a black sphere and vanishes. The heroes mobilize to rescue the city!
