Ao no Miburo

In the final days of the shogunate in Kyoto.

A boy always smiling, loved by his grandmother, "Nio"

His fate begins to change when he meets the fiercest swordsmen, the "Mibu Roushigumi," commonly known as "Miburo," including Hijikata Toshizō and Okita Sōji.

"I want to be strong too—I want to change this world."

At the same time, young boys Tarō and Hajime join Miburo.

In a Kyoto enveloped in a harsh atmosphere, to create a better world,

the three boys burn their lives passionately together with the strong, powerful, and unruly Miburo!
