Various organizations, notably Flip Flap and Asclepius, are racing to collect the "Shards of Mimi," mysterious fragments with reality-bending powers.

Characters traverse between mundane life and fantastical realms, encountering bizarre landscapes and challenges unique to each episode.

Cocona, a cautious and studious second-year middle schooler, is unsure of her future until she meets the free-spirited and energetic Papika.

Papika, who belongs to the secretive organization Flip Flap, is on a quest to gather the elusive Shards of Mimi within Pure Illusion—a world where wishes might come true.

Unable to journey alone, Papika drags Cocona into this state-shifting adventure, forging a partnership that constantly tests both courage and friendship.

Throughout their escapades, the girls confront personal fears, mysterious enemies, and their evolving relationship, making each episode a discovery—about themselves and the world.
