A 21-year-old police officer who is two years senior to Mai Kawai. Although assigned to a different police box, he frequently causes trouble, such as having videos of his excessively high-handed questioning posted online. He tends to abuse the authority of the police, which makes him disliked by Seiko Fuji and Takeshi Yamada, and also hard for Kawai to deal with. However, when reprimanded, he takes the criticism positively and quickly recovers. He admires Seiji Minamoto, referring to him as his “heart’s pair leader,” but has difficulty reading the atmosphere in social situations.

The author has commented that “this type of person is disliked even by colleagues,” aiming to convey this aspect. While often avoided by citizens, his intimidating presence sometimes aids in crime prevention. However, through his work as a police officer, he becomes aware of his own shortcomings, gradually engaging in self-reflection, and his arrogant behavior starts to improve.
