Geronimo started as a regular human boy who looked up to superheroes. He longed to become a hero himself, so he chose the path of Justice Superhumans and bravely fought against the powerful Devil Superhuman army. Even though he was badly hurt and nearly died in battle, the gods noticed his courage and gave him the chance to be reborn as a superhuman. From there, Geronimo began a new life as the hero he had always dreamed of being. His journey teaches us the value of chasing our dreams and having the strength to overcome tough times.

Geronimo is humble and always says he is the most inexperienced among his friends. He calls Terryman "senpai" with respect and uses "-san" for other Idol Superhumans. At first, he was honest and respectful, but his personality became rougher right after becoming a superhuman. Later, he returned to being kind and straightforward.
Geronimo’s real name is Geronimo Young McDaniel. He is from Oklahoma, United States. He is a 17-year-old (19 later in the story) member of the Cherokee tribe. Geronimo was originally a human who lied about being a superhuman because he desperately wanted to join his heroes. After passing the Superman Road’s test, he was allowed to become a true superhuman.

Becoming a Superhuman
At first, Geronimo appears in the "Hell's Sealing Volume." Even though he was just a human, he pretended to be a superhuman to join the fight with Justice Superhumans. In the series, he gets more involved after showing up to defend Kinnikuman and the others.
Fighting for Justice
In the Golden Mask Arc, Geronimo bravely steps up when Canadianman insults Kinnikuman, even though Geronimo is just a human. He listens to Wolfman's request and cuts off his hair in a sad farewell. Later, when Warsman's body is being controlled by the Devil Knights, Geronimo bravely joins the mission to rescue him.
Battle with Sunshine
Inside Warsman’s body, Geronimo faces Sunshine in a tough match. Sunshine is huge and strong, and Geronimo gets badly hurt. Terryman and Sunshine both realize something is strange since Geronimo doesn’t show any superhuman power. Finally, when his chest is pierced, Terryman discovers Geronimo is just a human. But Geronimo stands up again, finds Sunshine’s weak spot, and wins using his Apache War Cry, even after stopping his own heart and restarting it.
Facing the Devil General and Death
After defeating the Devil Knights, the Devil General appears. Geronimo fights hard but collapses when thrown down from the ring. Even though he is near death, he holds up the collapsing rings to help his friends escape. When others try to share their power to save him, it doesn't work because he isn’t a superhuman yet. Geronimo dies, but the Golden Mask’s power brings him back. However, only his heart returns, not his mind.
Becoming a Real Superhuman
Terryman helps Geronimo take the Superhuman Test, and finally, the God of Superhumans—who once saved Geronimo as a boy—lets him become a true Superhuman. He forms the team New Machineguns with Terryman and enters the Tag Tournament, facing old enemies Akuma Shogun and others. However, Geronimo still struggles because he is now a new superhuman and not used to his powers. Despite making mistakes and being seriously hurt, he recovers with help from Dr. Bomb.
Throne Challenge
During the Throne Contest, he wins the Hawaii Superhuman title. When Warsman is hurt, Geronimo joins the Kinnikuman team in the finals but is defeated by Omega Man and erased. In the end, as a spirit, he helps Kinnikuman regain his power and returns to life thanks to Kinnikuman’s Face Flash.
"The God of Harmony" Arc
Even in the new series, Geronimo faces tough losses and injuries. But in the "God of Harmony" arc, it is revealed Geronimo can survive the deadly Capillaria Rays, which even Ultra Gods and Superhumans can't. Prismman trusts him with the Capillaria Shard, making him the key to defeating the Ultra Gods. Terryman reminds Geronimo of his destiny, and Geronimo finds faith in himself.
Battle with the Executor
Geronimo is chosen as the first challenger against the Ultra God known as The Executor. He struggles at first due to his smaller size but surprises everyone by using his inner strength. Even after his throat is cut and he can't use his war cry, Geronimo keeps fighting for his friends and Prismman. With great effort, he finally defeats The Executor using his new special moves and his unwavering spirit.
- He is the only main character who started as a human and later became a superhuman.
- In one scene, when everyone’s power is drained, Geronimo is still full of energy—a hint at his special traits.
- In some stories, his name was accidentally written as "Apache."
- He is often seen as the "human who tries to be a superhuman," which became a unique catchphrase.
- In the one-shot "Muscle Returns," he replaced Meat to match the timeline of "Kinnikuman II-Sei."
- Many fans joke that he used to be stronger when he was just human.
- In games, he has original moves based on his signature techniques.
Geronimo’s journey is unique. He was a normal boy chasing his dream, became a hero through courage, and in the end, found his own special place among the heroes.
