Levius Cromwell

Levius is teenaged boy with rose-gold hair and blue eyes. Despite his lack of mass, he's in top shape. His right arm was replaced by a mechanical one after getting incinerated in Greenbridge during the war when he was younger.

Levius is a downright, but sensitive person who deeply cares about his mother and wishes that she would be healthy and conscious again. When he sets a goal for himself, he does a lot to achieve it; his determination and stubbornness often get him in dangerous situations, but he manages to adapt to them rather quickly by observing and learning from others. He’s also headstrong.

Levius is a skilled cybernetic boxer participating in the Mechanical Martial Arts (M.M.A.). He has a mechanical right arm, giving him much more strength, to even a pierce a person.

When Green Bridge was under attack, Levius went to look for his mother who was in the hospital at that time. On his way towards it, he got attacked by an automation and his mother, who ran from the hospital to look for him, protected him with his body, but the automation steam cannon still hit his arm. As the automation was about to finish them, Oliver E. Kingsley came and destroyed it. Seeing his arm getting corroded from the toxic steam cannon, he had to amputate it to save his life.

Zacks Cromwell's mother informed him that Levius Cromwell would be coming to live with them as his brother Nicholas had died in the war and his wife was in a coma. Zacks went to the station to wait for Levius, but fell asleep. Levius then came and sat next to him, and about a hour later Zacks woke up, surprised by the presence of Levius, who told him who he was and that he waited long enough and they needed to go.

On the way to the car, Zacks asked if Levius knew anything about him and Levius started explaining what he knew about him, with Zacks having to stop him in the end. He then commented he was probably single, as he wasn't good with kids.

Back at his home, Zacks started talking about Levius to his mother, telling her that he was looking at his mother and that he entered in a coma after she got injured in the war and that he lost his arm the same day. Later as he smoked outside, he was thinking how hard it must have been for a 12 year old. He went inside from the window and returned the photo he had to Levius, who then put it in his album, but didn't allow for Zacks to look into it. Zacks started telling and old story about how he fought with a buddy and then he died in the war, so he couldn't apologize, and then tried to leave, but Levius showed him a picture and asked if he knew that place. Zacks recognized it and that it was close to the only MMA Hall in the area. Levius wanted to go and see it, as he wanted to see where his mother grew up.

Levius then helped Zacks to fix the car, so they can go to the MMA Hall. On their way, Levius asked Zacks if he hated Nicholas. Zacks commented that he was revolutionary, but the government treated him as rebel, and because of that they got treated as traitors, but as the topic was too serious, he tried to not speak much of it. Levius then commented it's better to talk about it, as it makes you feel better and that it was good thing that Nicholas has died.

Reaching the place, Levius thought he was his young mother and rushed out of the car and ended up running into the stadium. As Zacks caught up to him, Levius explained he saw his young mother. They stayed in the stadium, until it closed, even after it had started to rain. Few days later at Zacks house, he explained to his mother that Levius Cromwell thought he saw his mother and that today was the first day to go and see his mother in the hospital.

As they went to see his mother, Zacks left him with her and went outside to smoke. When Levius came, Zacks explained he couldn't handle hospitals and apologized for leaving earlier. While Levius went to pee, Zacks was recalling that he expected to see tubes and all, but he had wounds all over her body too, understanding it must have been hell.

As Levius returned to the car, after he cried, seeing him, Zacks tried to cheer him up saying that after some bad things happen, good things follow and eventually all balances out. Levius then asked Zacks if he believed in the power of dreams and that the other day when he saw his mother and followed her, he ended up in the ring fighting with her at his side. And now every night he dreams of him being adult and fighting in the tournament with his mom watching. Levius then explained that on the day of the accident, his mother was about to be operated on, but the attack occurred, he ran towards towards the hospital but got caught up in the fighting. As he woke up, he was with a mechanical arm and the people that found him told him that his mother was shielding him, as she heard he disappeared, she went out looking for him. He then told that the doctors told him to give up, as she would never be able to talk or laugh again, blaming himself for all of that.

Zacks contacted Bill Weinberg, asking him if he could do maintenance for Levius, as Zacks would be coaching him.

Levius series

Levius was at Bill Weinberg, who was performing maintenance on his prosthetic arm as it was causing him pain. When Bill was ready, Levius wanted to leave, but Bill warned him that if he leaves in the cold before his pain haven't subdued, the place will become more sensitive for pain, but Levius still decided to leave.

He met his grandmother and asked where Zacks Cromwell. As Zacks came, they headed to the hospital, Zacks was trying to tell a funny story, but Levius mind was elsewhere. At the hospital, he went to see him mother.

After the hospital, they went to the stadium, were Levius would face Malcolm Eden. While Bill was checking his arm if it was in good condition, they explained who Malcolm was and that he had more modifications since last time. Levius and Malcolm then entered the ring and started fighting, exchanging blows.

As the first round ended, Bill commented that Malcolm would be going to die soon as his cooling system couldn't keep up. Levius wondered if Malcolm knew that, and Bill confirmed it. As the second round started, Malcolm started pressing Levius. But then Levius punched through his chest. Malcolm pushed him away, but Levius tore his left arm. After another hit, he took Malcolm down and started punching him with the referee and people coming to stop him, but Malcolm was already dead.

As a Grade I fighter Buck Hamilton died in a bout, a Grade II fighter could be promoted and a fight between Hugo Stratus and Levius was organized for the promotion. Levius started training even harder.

Zacks, together with Levius, went to see Hugo's fight, but outside jumped and attacked Levius. Hugo told Levius to throw in the towel, as there wasn't a need for him to fight someone who is inferior to him. He then told him he hated him, showing him newspaper articles that praised Levius. As he was sitting on top of Levius and tried to hit him, Zacks tried to stop Hugo, but got pushed back. Hugo then told Levius he wanted to put an end to his mother, hearing that Levius got angry and slammed Hugo's head on the ground. Hugo told him that punching him is against the rules and that they can't fight outside of the ring before leaving.

On the stadium, Zacks gave Levius ice cream, but he refused. He then told Levius that Hugo was holding out today, but on the ring he will be different and that he must not let his control of his emotion go.

As Hugo ripped off A.J.'s arm it revealed an Amethyst logo, a private military organization that ended the war in one night. The round ended, Levius stood up and headed towards the ring. Zacks caught him outside asking him what happened, and he revealed he saw Amethyst logo and he was angry as they destroyed his hometown. Zacks stopped him, telling him he will ruin his promotion and that this wasn't the place to take revenge and to leave the fight to Hugo. Zacks then told Levius that he liked how Hugo fought, calling his hits clean and fair, and he would like seeing him fight Levius.

As A.J. defeated Hugo and was about to kill him with a steam blast, Levius stepped in to stop her, turning her blast up the sky, breaking the roof.

The fight ended up shocking the world for three reasons: a low ranking fighter defeated Hugo Stratus; the outcome meant the promotion match would be between A.J. and Levius; and A.J. was revealed to be a 16 year old girl.

As she walked away, Levius yelled at her to stop and went towards her, but she turned and kicked him. She then turned at Zacks, who wanted to check on Levius, but Levius stood up and stopped her, which led to her starting to punch him and then creating a steam blast that sent Levius to a hospital.

Levius later woke up in the hospital, telling Zacks that he heard A.J.'s voice right before her attack, asking for help.

Levius was having a dream, trying to save his mother and seeing A.J. Langdon. As he woke up, Zack's mother explained him that his operation was hard and that he had regained and lost consciousness several times. Zacks then entered, bringing breakfast and then explaining to Levius that the promotion match was changed to Levius vs A.J., and that Bill was currently leading Hugo's medical team. Zacks then wondered, why no one, even the news, said anything of A.J. fighting outside of the ring and endangering civilians. After a short silence, Levius told Zacks that he was going to see A.J., wanting to know the meaning behind her words. Zacks was telling Levius that it won't be easy, as they don't know where to look for her, but then the phone rang and Zack's mother told them that Hugo wanted to see Levius.

As they went to see Hugo, he was being supported by a machine and each of his organs was in a different jar. Hugo then thanked Levius for saving him. He then talked about A.J. and that he felt she didn't have a heart. As their time was up, Hugo told him to not lose, to which Levius replied that he still hadn't forgiven him for what he's said about his mother and wouldn't rest until he beat him, so he would be waiting for him in the ring.

As they went outside, Hugo's father caught up on them, telling them he will arrange a meeting with A.J., as thanks for them helping out his son. Zacks was against it, but Levius said he will go, even if he had to knock Zacks out.

At a private mansion, they were welcomed by Dr. Clown. After some talking, Hugo's father threatened Dr. Clown and the maid kicked the gun knocking down Hugo's father and Levius quickly punched her, revealing to be a robot. Dr. Clown was excited as he wanted to see Levius, but Levius told him he wanted to see A.J. Dr. Clown then revealed A.J. being fully naked and submerged in a water tank. Levius told Dr. Clown that she asked for help, which made him laugh, saying that he removed her vocal cords ages ago. As Levius got angry, A.J. woke up equipping her armor and attacked Levius. Dr. Clown explained that during Hugo's fight she was at 15-20% of power, but at the moment she is at 40% and that he cut her voice and feelings, to become his marionette.

Levius was getting angry ordering Dr. Clown to free A.J., threatening to reduce the place to ashes, but that made Dr. Clown laugh. A.J. then attacked Levius and the two started releasing steam. As she was about to release her attack, Dr. Clown stopped her and told Levius he will free her if he wins the fight against her on the ring. But if he loses, he will join Amethyst and Levius agreed. Dr. Clown then told Levius to bring his mother and he will resurrect her as kick-ass-weapon, angering Levius and he punching Dr. Clown, revealing it was just an automation. Dr. Clown's voice the was heard, saying that he wouldn't meet them in person as he was the most important person in the world. He then revealed himself, surrounded by automations. Levius took Hugo's father and they left with Zacks.

At Bill's place, hearing their story, he told them that Levius evolution was incomplete, but revealed an arm that will add compressed steam, giving him more strength, but as a prosthetic arm with compressed steam it will be more dangerous for Levius, but Levius agreed, saying he had a promise to fulfill to his mother, Hugo and A.J.

On the day of the fight Levius told Zacks that he should be so angry to even hear his blood boil, but he is calm and despite all the venue, it feels almost quiet and then proceeded to the ring.

The fight then started, with A.J. taking the upper hand. Bill wondered if that was his usual tactic, as he feels pain when punching opponents, sometimes he just waits and takes a beating observing the opponent, until he launches a brutal counter-attack. But this time it wasn't looking like it was that, but in that moment, Levius started fighting A.J. back and managed to slam her on the floor. He then told Dr. Clown that he analyses his opponents before fighting and she needs to fight at 120% as 60% wasn't enough. Levius then told Dr. Clown, he knew he was going to lose and why just don't withdraw and stop his foolish ideas.

Bill noticed something, and quickly told Levius to be careful as A.J. stood up and attacked him. Levius and A.J. kept fighting, with Levius prepared to use compressed steam attack, but in that moment A.J. kicked and ripped his prosthetic arm. She then kicked him, breaking his ribs.

Levius hit A.J. with his left hand, and then, while she was distracted, he used the stump of his right shoulder in inject steam directly into her, causing an internal explosion and then both fell on the ground as the round ended. Zacks then quickly rushed the ring to check on Levius. Bill told Zacks they don't have time for mechanical maintenance, but seeing the damage he had, he probably won't be able to fight and they can either provide first aid or they can withdraw.

Levius then spoke up, saying that during his fight with Malcolm, he told Levius to kill him, knowing that he reached his peak, as he didn't want to become more pathetic and then Malcolm died with a smile. Bill then thought Levius wanted a honorable death, but Zacks told him that A.J. is the one that wants it as that would free her.

Zacks spoke with Levius from a channel, about a fighter who suddenly started to rise and that MMA fighters use blood flow as an engine. The fighter had divided his hearts, giving him better control over the regions of the body that were far from the heart. But after a year, he became very ill and died. The dividing of the heart was forbidden, but Dr. Clown don't care about people's safety and he gave A.J. eight hearts, so Levius needed to destroy all eight to win.

A.J. came for the second round, but Dr. Clown made her go wild so she doesn't hold back, giving her the 120% Levius wanted. As A.J. was overflowing with steam energy and as the second round started and she took the upper hand. Zacks stood on the side and started watching using his left eye saying where A.J.'s hearts were. Following Zacks orders, Levius managed to destroy seven of the hearts. Levius then told Dr. Clown that he keeps standing because of his emotion, as his love for others drives his pain away. He then gave Dr. Clown an option to bow down or die. Dr. Clown started to laugh, saying he chooses neither and that he will take Levius down with him, making A.J. create an explosion. Dr. Clown knew that was A.J. last compressed steam and that Levius only choice for defense would be using his own compressed steam. Both Levius and A.J. were out of steam, but they kept fighting. Following the instructions of Zacks before the explosion, Levius pierced her stomach as that was supposed to be her last heart. But she was still alive and they understood it was a fake device to fool them. Zacks then used his eye again, telling Levius her heart was in her head. Levius then heard A.J. asking him to help her little brother and then he pierced her head. Both Levius and A.J. then fell and a 10 second countdown started. Hugo then appeared in front of Levius, telling him his face was ruined and enjoying the arena. He then told him he wasn't there to say goodbye and they have unfinished business. He then told him he was listening and he must stop with the fair fighting, wondering when they become bros. Hugo then told him he was immortal, and that there are dozens of doctors who are trying to save him right now and that he doesn't need to worry about him. Hugo then told him that if he dies there, he will go and kill his mother, so they can be together as he was strong and awesome. Levius then told him to not touch his mother, as he stood up he then said that they will settle it into the Grade I ring.

As Levius stood up, the crowds started cheering and as A.J. heart and brain stopped functioning, Levius was announced the winner. But Levius didn't care and quickly wanted medical assistance for A.J. Bill rushed in to help, but in that moment, Dr. Clown shot Levius in the leg. Dr. Clown then talked about how much A.J. suffered and all that to keep her brother from this, but if she is gone, he will need a replacement and that would be her brother. And when she wakes up, he asked Levius to tell her that her brother will become history's most destructive weapon. Levius wanted to finish his thing with Dr. Clown, but Dr. Clown then warned Levius that if he try to hurt him, the Amethyst army will kill everyone on the stadium. He revealed he had 2000 weapon soldiers that were ready to celebrate with him and questioned if Levius still wanted to fight him. But then Christopher showed up, saying that Levius will want to fight him, as his army won't show up. Dr. Clown's henchman then came telling him that their entire army was destroyed by Grade I, Rank 6 Christopher. And in just 11 seconds he destroyed then at 8 different locations of 2000 km apart.

As Christopher showed up and used his ability on Dr. Clown, Levius came punching Dr. Clown. who then told Levius that A.J.'s brother Balthus will come to destroy him and then blew himself trying to destroy the stadium, but Christopher managed to handle the explosion. Christopher then told Levius to hurry as he may die, but Levius smelled blood and asked if that was Amethyst soldiers' blood. Levius thanked him for saving the stadium and preventing the explosion, but told him he was like Amethyst for killing fleeting soldiers. Christopher told him that they prove who is right by winning the fight and that he needs to fight him at his level, calling him Grade I, Rank 13.

Levius/est series

A year had passed and Levius was still unconscious after his fight with A.J. He was in the state of recovering nerves and was in great pain, yelling constantly. As his condition was getting worse, they eventually with Zacks desire, brought up A.J., who had awaken before him, but had no memory. Hearing about who she was and what happened, she started to remember all and told them certain medical procedures they can do to ease his pain. Some time passed and Levius awakened to the joy of everyone.

Levius later visited Hugo's grave, telling him that he will be entering the Grade I ring and that he will carry his will. He moved to Timor Gym, as he needed more security and regulations to keep for Grade I fighter, while his uncle's one wasn't to the standard.
