Buck was one of the Grand Thirteen and had a statue with him, but one day he died in a bout and his statue was removed, opening for new member of the Grand Thirteen. A match between Grade II Rank 1 Hugo Stratus and Grade II Rank 7 Levius Cromwell was organized to take his place.
Nothing much of his fighting abilities is known, but holding the 11th rank of Grade I, he was one of the strongest Mechanical Martial Arts fighters.
