Shizuka Tokime is a central character in the mobile game "Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story." As a magical girl and the heiress of the Tokime Clan, she grew up in an isolated mountain village, deeply committed to the clan’s belief in fighting for Japan’s peace. Although her upbringing sheltered her from modern civilization, she faces new challenges and growth as she journeys to Kamihama City to free her clan from the tragic fate of magical girls. With her unique powers and a sword rooted in clan tradition, she navigates conflicts, ideals, and friendship in this magical world.

Shizuka was born into the main family of the Tokime Clan, living deep in the misty mountains of Kirimine Village in seclusion from society.

From a young age, it was decided she would become a “miko”—a priestess and magical girl—for the well-being of Japan.

As a result, she did not attend school and had little exposure to outside culture.

Her close friends Chiharu Hiroe and Sunao Toki are also magical girls and clan priestesses.

She excels at fishing thanks to her mountain upbringing.

As a magical girl, Shizuka Tokime wields the Shichishito and uses the Tokime Isshinryu—a sword style passed down in her family.

Her unique magical ability is “Inhibition,” allowing her to stop phenomena such as the flow of water or block magical effects.

However, using this power also immobilizes her, introducing significant risk.
