Landlord

She is the landlord of the apartment where Jahy lives, as well as the store manager's younger sister. When she first met Jahy, Jahy appeared in her child form, so the landlord hesitated to ask for rent. However, after learning about Jahy's true form, she began to diligently collect rent from her every month. Since Jahy often fails to pay her rent on time, there are frequent clashes between the two. Nevertheless, the landlord has a kind side and looks after Jahy when she is in trouble. She affectionately calls Jahy "Jahko."

In her childhood, the landlord was gentle like her older sister, but she gradually became short-tempered due to her jealousy over her sister’s large bust. Her real name has not been revealed, but her older sister calls her "Ryo-chan." The landlord also has a lonely side; after fighting with her sister, she once left home and, instead of staying in a vacant apartment room, ended up crashing in Jahy's room. She is not good at housework and tends to have a generally sloppy lifestyle.
