The character who makes his full-scale appearance from the second cour is one of the 37 knightly houses and holds the title of Count. In the first cour, he landed a Landing Castle in Maputo, Mozambique. As the second cour begins, together with Orga and Rafia, who are old friends of Saazbaum, he arranges a meeting with Slaine.

Later, he agrees with Slaine's ideals and, along with Orga and Rafia, launches a coordinated attack operation against the United Earth Forces. As the battle progresses, he combines his unit with Rafia's, gaining an advantage in the situation. However, he is attacked from above by Inaho Kaizuka, who sees through the weakness of his electric attacks. Ultimately, his unit is destroyed, and he is killed in action.
