Kureto Hiragi

A candidate for the next head of the Hiiragi family, which governs the Japanese Imperial Demon Army. His rank is Lieutenant General. Born on March 31st, he is 25 years old. He is Shinoa's half-brother. His demon weapon is a sword-shaped "Raimeiki."

He has a cold and ruthless personality, showing no mercy to those who oppose or distrust the Hiiragi family. He does not hesitate to torture, kill, or betray even his own kin if it serves his purposes. Shinoa describes him as a "monster." He harbors ambitions to exterminate vampires, place the world under the control of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army with Japan at its center, and create a paradise world in Japan where vampires do not exist.

He entrusted the Moon Demon Company with the task of exterminating the nobles in Nagoya while secretly advancing the Seraph of the End experiment. At Nagoya Airport, he successfully activated and controlled the Seraph of the End by sacrificing the surviving members of the Moon Demon Company, vampires, and demons. However, he was defeated by Yuuichirou, who also activated the Seraph of the End, and his order to capture Yuuichirou ended in failure.

After the battle in Nagoya, he captured a vampire city and, upon his return, defeated Tenri along with 30% of the army's soldiers. After Tenri declared a change of headship, he was possessed by Shikama Douji, who had been possessing the heads of the Hiiragi family for years. Although not completely possessed due to Raimeiki, he felt his limits and called back Guren and others. He set up a meeting with the returned Guren, Shinya, and Shinoa to show his current state, but was freed when Shikama Douji transferred to Shinoa.
