Cosimo

The mayor of the commercial city of Mealtars. A character appearing in Volume 4. Known as a resourceful person who is referred to as a theologian when it comes to matters of the divine, and as Cosimo when it comes to accumulating wealth. He seeks to establish a connection with Wein as a businessman and approaches Falanya, who has come as a representative of Natra. However, he quickly recognizes her exceptional talent. Later, when Wein arrives and saves the city of Mealtars, he holds the siblings Wein and Falanya in high regard.
