The protagonist of this work. Crown Prince of Natra. 16 years old. A young man with genius-level talents in politics, strategy, tactics, and personal martial prowess. By nature, he is lazy and, due to his intelligence, has a pessimistic disposition, feeling more acutely than anyone else that Natra is a small and weak country. He is seen by his subjects and citizens as a wise prince and is expected to have a promising future, but he himself wishes to sell the country and live a carefree retired life. However, the actions he takes for this purpose consistently yield unexpected results, leading to him being increasingly evaluated and feared as a wise ruler both domestically and internationally. He generally behaves with a calm demeanor, but the only exception is when Flahm people, especially Ninym, are discriminated against or insulted due to their lineage, at which point he shows intense anger. For example, in Volume 3, he takes drastic actions such as killing King Cavarin, which contrasts with his usual low-risk, moderate responses. In the past, he relied on a high-ranking Flahm official in the Earthwold Empire and studied abroad at the Empire's military academy for about two years, hiding his status as the crown prince. During that time, he was so outstanding that he ranked first in all subjects, but later the Empire discovered Wein's true identity, and all records were erased. Due to his study abroad experience, he does not harbor animosity towards the Empire and has many friends there, including Lowellmina, from his military academy days.
