Shōzō Yuuki

Asuna's father. CEO of "RECT" until the Fairy Dance arc. The Yuuki family runs a regional bank centered in Kyoto, and Shōzō is the third son.

He had a close family relationship with Sugou, whom he cherished like his own son, and decided on Asuna's marriage to Sugou. However, right after this decision, Sugou's arrest led to the revelation of the ALO incident, and Shōzō resigned as CEO. After his resignation, he was depressed, admitting, "It was my fault for only valuing Sugou's development and management skills and ambition, without considering his character."

Although he is a workaholic who neglected his family, leading to a cold family relationship and failing to see Sugou's true nature, he does have a normal amount of love for his daughter. His decision to marry Asuna to Sugou was made with her future in mind, as she remained unconscious.

He met Kazuto several times in Asuna's hospital room while she was trapped in ALO, and even after the ALO incident, he has maintained a certain level of trust through email exchanges and has approved of Kazuto's relationship with Asuna.
